I arrived with basic English — I learned the word “roundabout” here. Three weeks of studying in the evenings and I scored 38/40 first time. What helped most was seeing every question in two languages at once: you study in Russian but already recognise the exam wording.
20 years of driving back home. I opened the tests “just to look” — and failed my first mock. Different signs, different priorities, left-hand traffic. A week of drilling my mistakes and I passed 39/40. Glad I tested myself here and not at the €45 exam.
